How does it work?

Strategy Session
Zoom or phone call with a senior coach to understand goals, expectations, medical history etc.
WEEK
1-2
Build The Foundation
Learn the basic movements and work on fixing your form and technique, so you can work out safely.
WEEK
3
Training Programme Begins
Your workouts will be different 6 days of the week, giving you the opportunity to work on strength, endurance and movement quality.
WEEK
4-5
Nutrition Guidance
Based on a food log you provide, your coach will give you nutrition support over email to help you tweak your current eating habits to suit your goals.
WEEK
6
Progress Benchmark & Tracking
Your coaches track your progress over the 12 week period with a series of benchmark workouts that help you see improvements in your strength, flexibility, movement patterns and endurance.

The attention to detail and focus on form in every class is spectacular at The Quad. I signed up to The Quad's Virtual Boot Camp and was excited to be part of a community in such an isolating time.
